  • A career built around understanding people.

    My professional journey has brought together psychology, teaching, organizational development, People & Culture, leadership development, and international business.

    As Director of People, Culture & Leadership Development at Grupo W, a digital agency in Mexico with approximately 150 people, I led people-development initiatives and worked with more than 20 leaders across multidisciplinary teams.

    I also spent more than a decade teaching psychology and personal development, helping students explore emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, and career direction.

    Today, based in Calgary, I'm bringing these experiences together through M3LEO Human Development & Coaching
